aging gracefully

this weekend, taher and i went skiing with a bunch of people- there were 21 of us total in a house.

as i looked at everyone's faces, i realize that we do look older than we used to. obviously we don't look old- everyone still looks youthful and much younger than they are- but our concept of what age "old" is is changing.

i am 27, and am told constantly that i do not look 27. in other words, 27 is old, and i do not look that yet. but i can envision a point 10 or even 15 years in the future, when i will be told that i only look 27. weird.
